ENGINE BUILDING
HAS CNC has many years’ experience of engine building. Using our precision CNC machine shop facilities, we can offer various services including surfacing cylinder heads and blocks, valve seat cutting, honing engine bores, sleeving blocks, re-facing flywheels, brake discs and brake drums. Full CNC cylinder head porting and polishing is also available upon request. Full engine build services are also available to customer specification including testing and set up facilities utilising our in-house chassis MAHA rolling road.
PLASMA CUTTER
Our in-house design and manufacturing facilities enable us to fabricate custom and bespoke components, reverse engineer existing components or re-machine and re-purpose original parts. Using state of the art 3D computer aided design software, combined with the latest in precision engineering CNC machine facilities we offer a personalised design service to bring your ideas to life.
