Established in 1979 Harding Auto Services started life as a vehicle repair company serving its local community. Today HAS is a second-generation family business run by Mike Harding who joined after completing his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. Now able to offer a full in-house design and manufacturing service of custom and bespoke components for all engineering sectors. Using the latest 3D CAD software, thermal and finite element analysis we can take your design concept though to manufacture, installation and testing.

Using the latest computer aided design software and state of the art CNC manufacturing equipment we can provide individual prototype design services through to full manufacturing implementation and testing all on one site.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

HAS CNC can offer reverse engineering services in order to replace damaged or worn parts. 3D laser scanning technology is employed to first create a 3D mesh model of your part which is then used to create a full 3D CAD model. We then work with our clients to optimise the part design in order to improve or eliminate original design flaws to enhance its performance. Once you are happy with the design, we can take this through to manufacture and testing if required.
